WineVision: American Wine in the 21st Century has an objective to make wine more consumer-friendly. To accomplish that, WineVision's
"visionaries" believe the industry must "put the consumer first," which will help transform the industry from supply driven
to marketing driven.
Our "consumer-first message" contest is designed to assemble and share industrywide messages that resonate well with consumer
values and helps position wine as a compatible everyday lifestyle choice in contemporary culture.
The grand prize winner will pick one of the following four prizes (three runners-up will be given their choice of the remaining
gifts in the order of their awards):

A weekend for two at Fetzer's Valley Oaks visitor's center and garden in Hopland, Mendocino County, California.

A tasting and lunch for four at Beringer's Hudson House in St. Helena (Napa Valley), with the winner receiving a magnum of
1997 Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon.

A private tour, tasting and lunch for four in a gazebo-setting (weather permitting) at Kendall-Jackson's Wine Center in the
Russian River; tour includes the Sensory Garden and tasting is of the Great Estates wines.
